What is an air taser?

The Air Taser is a newer form of stun gun, usually called just taser. Air Tasers are made by Taser International and have been used increasingly among the law enforcement community. The taser was invented in the 1960s by inventor John Cover. TASER is an acronym and it stands for "Thomas A. Swift's Electric Rifle". More information on air taser gun specs.
